• 1.1 Booking with us is simple and hassle-free:
  • 1.1.1 Make a Reservation
    • Book through our
    website, LINE application, or WhatsApp by providing your trip details.
  • 1.1.2 Receive Confirmation
    • We will send a confirmation message via your chosen contact method.
  • 1.1.3 Review Your Booking Details
    • We will send a summary, including your name, pick-up and drop-off details, fare, and payment method.
    • You can confirm or cancel your booking at this stage free of charge.
  • 1.1.4 Driver Information
    • Once confirmed, you will receive details of your assigned driver, vehicle license plate, and direct contact number.

This information will be provided at least 2 hours before your trip (exceptions may apply for urgent bookings).

• 1.2 Payment Options:
  • 1.2.1 Pay in cash directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination.
  • 1.2.2 Pay by credit card.

• 2.1 Refund Policy for Canceled Paid Bookings:
  • 2.1.2 You may cancel your booking and inform us at least 48 hours in advance. A refund will be issued after a 5% service fee deduction within 7-14 days after the cancellation.
  • 2.1.3 If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance and have already made the payment, you will receive a 30% refund after a 5% service fee deduction, within 7-14 days after the cancellation.
  • 2.1.4 If you cancel within the last 24 hours before your trip, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This is because we prepare the vehicle 24 hours in advance to ensure smooth operations. We sincerely apologize and provide this notice for clarity.
